Amy Christine Dumas, better known as Lita (born April 14, 1975), is a professional wrestler for World Wrestling Entertainment and former valet.

She is one of the few women in WWE who is generally respected for her ability as a wrestler. She came to a wide audience first in Extreme Championship Wrestling in 1999 as the valet for Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill, known as "Miss Congeniality." She left ECW for WWE in late 1999.

Upon her arrival in WWE, she was placed as the valet for a lucha libre wrestler named Essa Rios. As her popularity rose, she was placed with the Hardy Boyz to become Team Xtreme her career skyrocketed along with Matt and Jeff during the WWF Attitude era.

While filming a guest appearance on the FOX TV series Dark Angel in 2002, she suffered a severe neck injury that required surgery. She returned as a color comentator on WWE Sunday Night Heat. She came back to in-ring action in September 2003.
