The school offers classes for students from pre-K to 12th grade based on an international curriculum which draws from the best around the world. A very extensive [[International Baccalaureate]] diploma program is offered as well [[Advanced Placement]] courses. Until 1994 the school was a second campus for the [[United Nations International School]] of New York, although the two schools are now independent. |

The school's headquarters are located in the [[Cilandak]] campus, near the residential neighborhood of [[Pondok Indah]] in the south of the city. Cilandak Campus also hosts the middle school (grades 6-8) and the high school (grades 9-12). There are two elementary school campuses catering to the international community of Jakarta in different parts of the city: Pondok Indah Elementary (which is next door to the Cilandak Campus, but entirely separate from it while Pattimura Elementary is located further north near the central business district. |

The high school caters to about 1,100 students from about 60 countries in grades 9 to grade 12. Most of the facilities within the high school are also shared by the middle school. Facilities are mostly air-conditioned and include 215 classrooms, 4 theaters, 3 cafeterias, 3 tennis courts, 6 gymnasiums, 6 playing fields, 3 swimming pools, 19 science laboratories, 12 computer laboratories, a design technology facility, and 4 libraries with a total of 150,000 volumes. The high school also has a 1250 seat auditorium, rock climbing facilities and an artificial soccer field. |

Following bomb threats in 2004, the school installed an advanced security system including bomb-proof gates and vehicle inspection checkpoints. Magnetized doors, 8 meter high fences, security cameras, and intricate road systems have also been installed. Fully-armed polices are deployed at the front, back, and Donbosco gates.
