Carlos Westendorp (born 1937) is a Spanish diplomat who held the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina from June 1997 to July 1999. He was previously the foreign minister of Spain from December 1995 to May 1996. He is currently the Spanish Ambassador to the United States.
