Col. Grogg is a fictional, anthropomorphic poodle created for the animated television series Tale Spin. He appears in the episode War of the Weirds and was voiced by Michael Bell.
Grogg is an extremely paranoid and overzealous army colonel who believed that aliens were invading the Earth, thanks to a hoax perpetuated by Baloo and Kit Cloudkicker.
Grogg took action to thwart what he honestly thought was the oncoming horde, but with help from Wildcat (posing as a rocket scientist named Dr. Svendri Gesundheit) and Rebecca Cunningham, Baloo and Kit were able to make General Tumult (the Colonel's uncle) believe that Grogg had gone insane, getting him demoted to the rank of private.
