Gangbuster, (Jose Delgado) is a non-powered superhero who first apeared in Adventures of Superman #435

Jose Delgado was a highschool teacher in Metropolis and was mentor to Jerry White (aka Perry White jr.) Son of the Daily Planet editor Perry White. When Lex Luthor enlists youth gangs into organized crime under his controll, Jose dons the identity of Gangbuster.
