New Team Template

I have created New team templates for the:

• American Hockey League
  • (all 23 original ahl teams converted)
• International Hockey League teams that have merged with the AHL
  • (all 5 ihl to ahl teams converted)
• Hockey teams that no longer exist
  • (four teams so far)
