Kevin Love

Kevin Wesley Love is a high school basketball player from Lake Oswego, Oregon who is generally regarded as one of the top two players in the nation from the class of 2007. He began his senior year in the fall of 2006 at Lake Oswego High School, and has signed a national letter of intent to play for UCLA after graduating high school.[1]

In 2006, Love led Lake Oswego to its first-ever Oregon state high school basketball championship, defeating South Medford 59-57, and fellow national standout Kyle Singler.

Love stands 6 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 255 pounds. His father, Stan Love, played for the Baltimore Bullets and the Los Angeles Lakers in the early 1970s, and his uncle is Mike Love of the Beach Boys.
