Andreas Zapatinas is a Greek automobile designer, born in Athens in 1957. He has worked with Fiat (chief designer of the Fiat Barchetta), BMW, Alfa Romeo (designer, in part, of Alfa 145 and Alfa 147). As of 2002 he is Head of Advanced Design with Subaru. At Subaru, he is often credited with the controversial propeller nose design first introduced on the [[Subaru_Tribeca][Subaru Tribeca]]. As of 2006, it has been reported that the design will not appear on any future vehicles. It is believed that Andreas was fired from Subaru in July.
