Michael Landes (born on 18 September, 1972 in Bronx, New York) is an American actor, best known for his role as Jimmy Olsen in the first season of the television series Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, and his role as Officer Thomas Burke in the 2003 film Final Destination 2.

In the audio commentary for the pilot of "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" , Dean Cain mentions that he is still friends with Landes to this day.

Trivia

• Landes was married to a fellow actor, Wendy Benson-Landes, in October 2000. They have one child together.
• Landes was not invited to reprise the role of Jimmy Olsen in the further series of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman because the producers perceived him to resemble lead actor Dean Cain too much, as exposed by the creator of the series in DVD commentary. Justin Whalin would take over the role of Jimmy in all the remaining three series of the programme.
