Goalissimo is a new television programme on Channel 4. An alternative to Football Italia and French Football, Goalissimo covers a lot of the world's football action. It was originally shown at around 3am for one hour, but it is repeated at 7am on Saturday mornings.

What the show covers

The show covers action in the top leagues in England, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Scotland, South America and Africa. It also shows the best action from the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Cup.

Commentators and Reporter

The programme is narrated by Nick Halling, but because Andy Ford and Simon Golding have deputised recently, it seems Halling has left the show. The commentators are little known Ross Dyer and Gary Barfoot. Barfoot is also the producer.
