What do you think, is this article a copyvio of [http://www.firearmsmuseum.org.au/TranterHistory/wt-hist.htm this site], or is it simply the presentation of very similar information, but with enough of a difference to be clearly distinct from the site I posted above? Yes I agree it is almost direct copy of the original web page which I wrote. There is a lot more related information about William Tranter on the site. Kerry Guerin 27 July 2005

I may not have checked well enough, but I see very little in terms of literal copying. The creator used a web page as a resource and phrased the facts in their own words. The source was properly referenced. There is no copyright on a collection of facts, just on a specific expression. If you disagree, please report the issue at Wikipedia:Copyright problems.
