Same Old Tunes (originally titled Tiny Tunes) is the first album by the Swedish punk rock group Millencolin. It was released in 1994 and again on September 22, 1998 (as they renamed it Same Old Tunes') in the U.S. for CD.
This CD was mired in copyright infringement issues. Warner Bros. sued the band's recorded label and forced them to change the name and cover due to its simiarity to the TV show Tiny Toons.[1] Since none of the actual music had changed, they decided to rename it Same Old Tunes.[1] A similar situation occurred with Walt Disney, who forced them to change the track titled "Disney Time" to "Diznee Time". In addition, the band made a "Chiquita Chaser" t-shirt that imitated the logo of Chiquita bananas. The band had to stop production of the shirt after being threatened with a lawsuit.[2]
