Provincial Osorno are an Chilean Football club, their home town is Osorno in the X Región of Los Lagos in Chile. They currently play in 2nd division of Chilean football.
The club won the second division title of 1990 to win promotion to the Primera, but they finished near the bottom of the table and were relegated, They bounced streight back by winning the second division in 1992. This time the club managed to stay in the top flight until 1998.
