Hedda Lettuce is an American drag queen comedienne and singer who lives and works in New York. Hedda, or originally Steven Polito, became Lettuce in 1994 and has appeared on a number of television shows, ranging from Sex and the City, MTV, Comedy Central, NBC'S The Peoples Court and To Wong Foo.
