Shouldn't this article definitely have an English title (This Is The English Language Wikipedia TM)?

:Hair-splitting - It is an English title, it does'nt use the Cyrillic alphabet so it is a latinization already. Really, I'd say no, it is the proper name, if you make it the English translation - Federal Security Service, it will become mixed with US federal terms. I'm a firm believer that the native term or as close as possible should be used, it avoids confusion. Other wikipedians will disagree.

Hair-splitting - It is an English title, it does'nt use the Cyrillic alphabet so it is a latinization already. Really, I'd say no, it is the proper name, if you make it the English translation - Federal Security Service, it will become mixed with US federal terms. I'm a firm believer that the native term or as close as possible should be used, it avoids confusion. Other wikipedians will disagree.
