Mateusz Polaczyk (born 22 January 1988) is a Polish slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s.
He won five medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with three silvers (K-1: 2011, 2015; K-1 team: 2013) and two bronzes (K-1: 2013, K-1 team: 2006). He also won three golds, one silver and two bronzes at the European Championships.
Polaczyk finished 4th in the K-1 event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London
