Highway 265 is a mostly north-south highway in northwestern Arkansas. The first section begins at Interstate 540 on the south end of Fayetteville and runs 20 miles south passing through the community Hogeye and ending at Highway 170 3 miles east of Strickler .

A second section begins at Highway 16 in eastern Fayetteville and runs north 12 miles, ending at Highway 264 north of Springdale

A third section begins at Highway 94 west of Pea Ridge and travels 3 1/2 miles north to the Missouri State Line where it becomes Missouri Supplemental Route KK
