Chagos Islands national football team

Someone else was just about to create a template for the AfDs of these "national" team articles, so here goes the short version: fails WP:V and WP:N, no reliable sources except a listing from their league indicating that they exist, no apparent sportive accomplishments, no media coverage to be found.
