JavaWorld is an online technology website focused on Java technologies,[1] founded in 1996.[2] Since 2006, JavaWorld has become a subsidiary of Network World. JavaWorld has more than 1.4 million visitors per month, as of June 2015.[3]

Each year since 1997, JavaWorld awards innovative companies, organizations, and individuals for their commitment to developing new Java tools and technologies.[4][5]
