Marcel Parcival Arthur van Dam (Template:IPA-nl; born January 30, 1938 in Utrecht) is a former Dutch politician and television presenter. As a member of the Labour Party (Partij van de Arbeid) he was Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment from 1981 to 1982.
