Carlos is a fictional charactor from the Magic School Bus series. He is known for telling jokes. Carlos has made many odd invention like an instument(The Magic School Bus In the Haunted House) and a rain-catcher(The Magic School Bus Kicks up a storm).
Carlos dosen't get along with Dorothy Ann. However, in the Magic School Bus Blows Its Top when she lost her bookbag and went to the bottom to the ocean to recover it. Carlos and Arnold stayed behind. When her bookbag floated to the surface, Carlos recovered it. He started reading it. Meanwhile, Dorothy Ann had to get along without her books. Thus, Dorothy Ann and Carlos paracticaly switched places and decided to write a book about, but the couldn't decide who's name should come first in the title.
