George A Cooper (born 7th March 1925) is a British actor best known for his role as Mr Griffiths in the long-running television series Grange Hill.
His other credits include Danger Man, Z Cars, Dixon of Dock Green, Doctor Who, The Avengers, The Saint, Steptoe and Son, Rising Damp and Heartbeat.
