WIPX 63 is the Pax TV/i affiliate in Indianapolis/Bloomington, Indiana. They are owned by Paxson Communications. They run infomercials, religious shows, religious music videos, and family entertainment programming.

Channel 63 signed on in 1986 as WIIB. They were a Home Shopping Network station owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group. Plans were to eventually switch WIIB to a general entertainment format. Sinclair would acquire WTTV 4 in 1995 as a result of a merger. They kept the HSN format on 63 WIIB and in 1998 affiliated with Pax TV. Sinclair sold WIIB to Paxson in 2000.
