Terrorism inflicted on Palestinians and British by Israelis.

Contrast Palestinian terrorism.

Areas to work on:

  • Terrorism against British under liberation.

No terrorism from the State of Israel ever took place against the nation of England. A number of attacks by Jewish people in the Irgun were staged against British soldiers. These attacks were not Israeli, and the provisional pre-Israel political powers at that time, in fact, were against these actions, as were the vast majority of Jews. This is in contrast to modern day Palestinian terrorism, which has been organized and carried out by the leadership of the PLO, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad; which is mainly against civilians; and which is supported by the majority of Palestinians.

  • "State terrorism".

Every nation in the world has been accused by its enemies of sponsoring terrorism; Israel is no exception. However, the definition of the phrase "terrorism" in this case differs from most other cases. In regards to the existence of the State of Israel, Arab governments and the Arab press regards any and all military actions taken by the Israelies to be terrorist by definition. Therefore, by definition, for mostArab nations there is and never will be any action taken by the State of Israel that is not terrorist.

  • Massacres in Lebanon.

Arab Palestinian groups, primarilly the PLO, have carried out a large number of massacres against other Arab groups in Lebanon, primarriy against Christian Arabs. In response, Christian militiamen allied with Israel have retalitated on a number of occasions, resulting in two massacres in Palestinian refugee camps.
