Jan Borukowski from Bielin (1524-1584), bishop of Przemysl (biskup przemyski), royal secretary since 1553. In 1569, he signed the act of anexing Podlasie, Woynie and Kijowszczyzna to the kingdom at the seym of Lublin.(na sejmie lubelskim).
