Monika Scharre went on to become an actress, and won acclaim as one of the most beautiful women in the world. Her major televison appearance was as the Sorceress in the television series, the Beastmaster, which ran from 1999 to 2001.
In 2004, after completion of Canadian writer Brigitte Talevski's romantic comedy "Deluxe Combo Platter" (also starring fellow Canadians, Jennifer Tilley, Dave Thomas and Jonathan Cherry) for director Victor Sarin, Monika decided to study television entertainment journalism.
