Chaboga Mogo is the name of a tribe in Survivor: All-Stars. Chaboga Mogo is the result of 2 of the other tribes on the show (Chapera and Mogo Mogo) being merged. The "Cha" part comes from "Chapera", the "boga" part comes from "Saboga" and "Mogo" comes from "Mogo Mogo". The name was created by survivor Alicia Calaway.
