AZ Alkmaar is a football club from Alkmaar, the Netherlands. It was founded in 1967 as AZ'67.

Merits

Dutch championship: 1981.
Dutch cup: 1978, 1980 and 1982.
Champion premier league: 1996 and 1998.
Losing finalist in UEFA Cup: 1981.
Playing UEFA games again in 2004 for the first time in 22 years!
