Ken Boshcoff, born 20 June 1949, at Fort William, Ontario, served as Mayor of the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario from 1997 to 2003. Defeated twice as a Progressive Conservative in the federal elections of 1984 and 1988, he was elected June 28, 2004 as a Liberal for the Thunder Bay--Rainy River riding.
