Frank Arnesen is the sporting director of English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. The Dane took over at Spurs in the summer 2004, when he replaced David Pleat. Arnesen spent 10 years at top Dutch team PSV Eindhoven, where he was credited with discovering some major talents - including Ronaldo, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Arjen Robben.
