Hi, this is my talk page (me being KojiDude). Feel free to leave me a message if you want, as long as you follow a couple rules. Yeah, I know what you're thinking. "Rules? Wtf? Why should I waste my time reading your rules when I can just leave a message?" Well, because if you break any of these the entire comment you made will be deleted.

  1. The number one rule would be no personal attacks please. If I have angered you in any way, or reverted any edits you made, I was likley following Wikipedia policy. Even if I didn't have a legitmit reason to anger you, you still shouldn't insult me.
  2. Please sign your posts. It's very disruptive and against policy not to. Just type: --~~~~ after your comments.
  3. Please don't edit your comments after making them, unless you're fixing a typo. It grinds my gears when you do that.
  4. Don't vandalize. It can and will get you blocked
  5. Don't troll. Seriously, no good comes out of it. All you'll get is a {{subst:test2-n}} on your talk page.
  6. Don't be a dick

Why'd you remove the Dragon World map?

There's no indication of vandalism on the article page anywhere. Please tell me why you removed it. User:Kabuto Yakushi

Because there are no referneces proving it is Dragon World. If you can cite a source stating that it is, then you can re-add it. =) --KojiDude (viva la BAM!) 21:39, 25 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ultimate Battle 22

Hey, KojiDude. I've made a suggestion on the Ultimate Battle 22 talk page to change the title from Ultimate Battle 22 to Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22. Details can be seen on the talk page. I just wanted to know if you had any feedback on the suggestion or not. Happy editing! Sasuke-kun27 20:37, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your help

...on the page protection request. I've been here for a while, but it's the first time I've ever filed a request on that page, so needless to say I made a few mistakes. I went back to reformat it and move it, and you'd beaten me to it! | Mr. Darcy talk 00:15, 2 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

No problem, happy to help. I was confused the first time I wrote one too. I think filing a 3RR vio is the most confusing, though. >_< --KojiDude (viva la BAM!) 00:23, 2 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Indeed - that's my next stop, at some point tonight, since he's rv'd one article six times using three different IPs. It just takes so long to fill the report out. | Mr. Darcy talk 00:29, 2 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

What's up?

Just passing through since I don't edit Wiki much anymore, thought I'd say hey (HEY!). Looking through your contributor history to see what you've been up to; are you an administrator now? If so, congratulations! The things that go down when I take time off. ^_^;

My recent edits aren't much I'm afraid, just a difference in opinion on the Coola page, which brought me here. Just think since official title translations of the films are given in FUNi's subtitles they should have prominence (and be listed regardless) in the movie listing; it's not even a sub or dub thing really. Probably all you'll hear from me on that, since I won't be around anyway. :(

Oh well. Whatever you're doing, have fun and stay safe. Take care now, and drop kick a few vandals for me! Voice of Treason 09:58, 3 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Paragus

Are you sure about that? Most of the page is about Broly and is mostly a summary of the movie. It can't be expanded at all. Minor characters that have a small role in one movie don't really need a page in the first place. Nemu 20:36, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well, after reading your summary for him on the list of Saiyans page, I changed my mind. Good work. Just remember to let Bra, Goku Jr., and the 2 Dragons keep their own seperate articles. #'s 14&15 should keep their own articles too, but it wouldn't hurt to just merge them.--KojiDude 20:58, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Ok, I redirected it again. While I don't think Bra and Goku Jr. need pages, I woun't bother to pursue merging them. I'll probably merge 14 and 15 sometime later. I think I already merged the dragons a while ago. Nemu 21:05, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Shenlong really has no need for a page either. The couple of small, mostly unexpandable paragraphs are much better suited on the list than their own page. Nemu 21:17, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
He should keep his own page. He's a major character. All we need to do is expand the article a little. Add a personality section, a section listing the wishes he granted, and maybe a section about what wishes he can't grant and why he can't grant them.--KojiDude (Contributions) 21:34, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
I really wouldn't classify him as major. He only had like a half hour of screen time in the entirety of the three anime. It's more the idea of the Dragon Balls that's major. The additions to the page would mostly be fluff and cruft. I just think it would be better to leave a nice, short summary on the list. Nemu 21:52, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Why did you revert Androids 14 and 15? They are very minor, and their articles are just small plot summaries. They have no personality, and really don't need pages. I can sort of see the main villians of movies needing pages, but minor characters that play very small roles really don't need any.

As for your edits to Shenlong, you seem to be mostly reiterating points that are already made. The big list of wishes is cruft and already found on Dragon Ball. I think it would be much better to just leave at as a redirect, and have the little blurb on that page do. Nemu 22:34, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I reverted Android 14 and 15 because I don't think they should be redirects for 2 reasons.

1) If merged, they would do just fine. Somethig like Androids 14&15
2) The List of Androids in Dragon Ball article sucks. It has horrible grammar and a couple pathces of false information. It also has people who don't even belong there.

Shenlong is an important character because, were it not for him, the entire universe would probably be destroyed. The point about the list of wishes being taken from Dragon Ball doesn't make much sense to me. It's not a big deal that two articles have similar information. I'm also going to re-read the Dragon Ball manga during the week and add on to Shenlong as I do. Another point I want to bring up is that I don't have much knowledge of Shenron, so maybe somone who does know alot about him could help us out. We should probably have a Video Games section too.--KojiDude (Contributions) 22:49, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

The android list can always be cleaned up(I'll start on it in a little bit). A combined article would be pretty pointless as they both only have a paragraph of information each. They should just be redirected.
A character being important in the series doesn't relly earn them an article. It's more about notablity and information. He's notable as far as Dragon Ball goes, but he really doesn't have enough information. The personality and un-Grantable wishes are mostly rehashes of information from the first paragraph(which also does a better job to just summarize it). The granted wishes section is not needed. It's very pointless, crufty, and much too large. It's not a big deal that two articles have similar information, but it seems pointless that over a quarter of the page is just a direct copy and paste from another page. A video game section will add a very small paragraph that's really not needed.
The page really just doesn't need to exist. It's already pretty much maxed out in terms of useful information, and way over the amount of fluff an aricle should have. Nemu 00:15, 8 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

kiwi

wasn't kiwi stronger at first 18,000 was vegeta's level??— Preceding unsigned comment added by Zadsat (talkcontribs)

Kiwi's power level was 18,000. He claimed to be stronger than Vegeta to intimidate him. That's when Vegeta powered up to 22,000 and killed Kiwi. (This is from the Manga)--KojiDude (Contributions) 04:52, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

but in the anime it is said in a way that makes kiwi's advantage pretty clear do you mean in the magna? in the anime Zarbon says his powerlevels way higher than vegeta you wont be seein that monkey again or something like that?? - Zadsat 04:58, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm not entirley sure what you're trying to say. The Manga has the final say in things like Power Levels. TOEI Studios and FUNimation fucked up alot of the storyline and dialouge in some parts. Zarbon was indeed more powerful than Vegeta in his Monster form, but in his Base state he was not.--KojiDude (Contributions) 05:02, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

no no no no no no no zarbon says that cui was much more powerfull than vegeta. - Zadsat 05:03, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

First, Zarbon said that before Vegeta powered up. Second, get a life Taracka.--KojiDude (Contributions) 05:04, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

i understand you now zarbon did say that before dude. - Zadsat 05:06, 9 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

note about attacks

With regards to your comments on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Dragon Ball special abilities: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. "Do not make personal attacks anywhere in Wikipedia. Comment on content, not on the contributor. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users." Please keep this in mind while editing. Thanks. In particular, your asking another user "Are you fcuking high?" Andrew Levine 05:01, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Examples of personal attacks

"Specific examples of personal attacks include but are not limited to:

  • Accusatory comments such as "George is a troll", or "Laura is a bad editor" can be considered personal attacks if said repeatedly, in bad faith, or with sufficient venom.
  • Negative personal comments and "I'm better than you" attacks, such as "You have no life."
  • Racial, sexual, homophobic, ageist, religious or ethnic epithets directed against another contributor. (Disagreement over what constitutes a religion, race, sexual preference, or ethnicity is not a legitimate excuse.)
  • Using someone's affiliations as a means of dismissing or discrediting their views — regardless of whether said affiliations are mainstream or extreme.
  • Profanity directed against another contributor.
  • Threats of legal action.
  • Threats of violence, including death threats.
  • Threats of vandalism to userpages or talk pages. May be direct or indirect.
  • Threats or actions which expose other Wikipedia editors to political, religious or other persecution by government, their employer or any others. Violations of this sort may result in a block for an extended period of time which may be applied immediately by any sysop upon discovery. Sysops applying such sanctions should confidentially notify the members of the Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee and Jimbo Wales of what they have done and why.
  • Posting a link to an external source that fits the commonly-accepted threshold for a personal attack, in a manner that incorporates the substance of that attack into Wikipedia discussion. Suggesting a link applies to another editor, or that another editor needs to visit a certain link, that contains the substance of an attack."

Nowhere does it say that questioning a user's reliablity and current status is a personal attack. Saying "Are you fucking high?" Is not a means of insulting somone. And there's no policy against saying the word fuck. Last time I checked, there was one promoting it.--KojiDude (Contributions) 13:21, 11 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Glitch City

I saved the OR version of Glitch City at User:The Hybrid/Glitch, and then I merged it. Cheers THL 17:31, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay, nice work. =D I would've done it myself but I was at school, and the computer I was assigned to in the Tech Lab was blocked for 3 months (because of a different student).--KojiDude (Contributions) 21:48, 12 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I was happy to do it. Feel free to edit the page as much as you like, thats why I gave you a link. Cheers. THL 09:43, 13 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

DBZ Character Page Images

Hello mate. I have looked through the pages and I am trying to correspond with the style. I know that you care equally about maintaining a proper amount for each page. I see that the Zarbon, Dodoria, Cui, Pikkon, Babidi, and some other pages are in good format, with a maximum of five pics on their pages. This is a good format. However, these characters are major players in their respective sagas whereas people like Janemba, Hildegarn, and Tapion are not. People have a tendency to put up a hooplah of images on the movie characters. Tapion was in 38 or so minutes. Hildegarn was in about 24 minutes. Janemba was in around 30 minutes of total airtime. These characters all appear in one movie and they aren't necessarily important nor influential. People are adding 6 images on their pages when they actually barely deserve one. This is why I am telling you to help me maintain control of pages like Janemba, Hildegarn, and Tapion. For example, Janemba can have 3 images on his page, such as his first form, his second form, and one of tank boy before his emergence. But to add three or four more images of him when he's smiling, angry, or lunging at an enemy is just plain overkill. I learned to maintain your method because of how you tried to bring control to my favorite pages. Thus, Zarbon has one image of his first form, one image from a game, one from his second form, one from his saga in mid battle, and one from when he returns in GT. This is a good method and it covers the character well. And I don't go and add 20 images on a page identifying every single move they make. I would also like to bring to your attention the very miserable Buu page. There's just too many images on the page, and many of them are just battle pics. Again, I hope you can help me and we can work together to maintain the 4-5 images per page for series characters and 3 images max for people like Janemba. Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you soon. - Zarbon

The size of the article merits the numder of images, not importance. The Dodoria, Zarbon, Pikkon and ect's article's are short. I think you kind of have it backwards.--KojiDude (Contributions) 21:17, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ok, why do you accuse me of vandalism? I haven't done anything wrong. I really believe you're mistaken and think I'm somebody else. Dragonball1986 23:24, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Simply because some of your edits were made in violation of WP:NPOV. Almost all of your edits are being reverted, and you seem to be doing the same thing over and over to different articles. I'm not saying you're doing it on purpose, I'm simply letting you know that your edits are questionable and you need to consider reading some of the policies concering images and behavior and ect.--KojiDude (Contributions) 23:41, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

How can I find a source?

I know for a fact that those power levels are official because they are listed in the Japanese Dragonball of Wikipedia for combat power. Look it up and see that I'm not lying. (make sure you have a Japanese to English translator though) 69.167.112.220 03:16, 20 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
