History
David N. Myers University is a private, not-for-profit university located in Cleveland, Ohio. The university was founded in 1848 as E. G. Folsom's Business College. The school has changed names three times during its 158 year history. In 1852, Folsom's College became part of the Bryant and Stratton system of business schools. In 1894, the school was purchased by Franklin Dyke, and later became Dyke College. In 1995, the school was renamed David N. Myers College. Myers attained university status from the state of Ohio in 2001.
