Cascade is a small neighborhood abutting downtown Seattle, Washington. It is bounded by Fairview Avenue North on the west, Mercer Street on the north, Eastlake Avenue East on the east and Denny Way on the south. Cascade is currently being transformed by Paul Allen into a biotechnology hub.
