The Ultimax 100 is a 5.56 mm Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) with an integral folding bi-pod and Iron & Leaf Sights manufactured by the Chartered Industries of Singapore. At 4.5 kg, it's the lightest SAW in the world. The low weight gives the weapon a low recoil which makes it possible to fire it from the shoulder. Magazines used are either 30-round M16-type or 100-round drum.
