Chuquisaca is a department of Bolivia. Population (2001 census) 531,522. It borders Cochabamba, Tarija, Potosí, and Santa Cruz. The deparmental capital is Sucre, also the constitutional capital of Bolivia.

The department is divided into 10 provinces.
