Jack Nicholson (b. John Joseph Nicholson April 22, 1937) is an American actor.

Nicholson got his break in the movie industry in 1969 with Easy Rider. Other pictures he's known for include Chinatown, the Oscar-winning One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975), and Prizzi's Honor. He won an Oscar for Supporting Actor for his role in Terms of Endearment (1984) and one for Best Actor for his role in As Good as it Gets (1997).
