Jon Rayborn Shields (born April 30, 1964) is a former American football offensive guard who played for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. A replacement player during the 1987 NFL strike, he appeared in one game for the Cowboys.[1][2][3] He played college football at Portland State University.[4][5] Shields also spent time with the Los Angeles Rams.[6]
