The Godfather: Blackhand Edition is a video game for the Wii console developed by Electronic Arts[1]. The game has four counterparts. The Godfather: The Game for the PC, PlayStation 2 and Xbox was first available. There is also an Xbox 360[2] version of the game by the same name. There is also The Godfather: Mob Wars for PSP[3] and The Godfather: The Don's Edition for PlayStation 3[4] that is to be released on the same date as the Wii version.

Gameplay mechanics

The Wii version of the game is going to take full advantage of the Wii Remote, making the Nunchuk an extension of the players left arm, and the Wii Remote an extension of the right.[5]
