František Udržal (born 1st January, 1866 in Dolni Roven, Pardubice region, Bohemia - died 25th April, 1938 in Prague) was Czech farmer and politician.

Member and leader of powerful Agrarian Party. His policical career started as member of local parliament of Bohemia, then of parliament of Austria-Hungary, then of parliament of Czechoslovakia. Served 7 years as minister of defense and 4 years as prime minister of Czechoslovakia (1 February 1929 - 24 October 1932) in two periods (1. 2.1929 - 7.12.1929 and 7.12.1929 - 29.10.1932).
