Thank you for making a report on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators are generally only able to block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. Why have you removed the link?

Hi , firstly,can you remember to sign your comments using four tildes. Secondly,I removed the link (i'm not 100% sure which one you're on about, because so little infomation has been submitted) because wiki's guidelines only state that external links have to be connected in several ways, the link stated was just a pdf document which had no relevance to the article entirely,instead just statistics which had already been posted on other websites which were added before yours. - 2. the link was to the article you mention (i'll put it back and give you time to reconsider)
- 3. the link was entirely relevant, being to an article about statistics, history and strategy as well as some general discussion of risk management
- 4. the statistics have not been posted on any other websites - that article is the only instance of the bell-curve observation and as such is a useful addition to the article - please show other instances of the normal distribution of winnings if not
