This template may be included on talk pages or editnotices to alert other editors that the associated article is written in [[{{{variant}}}]]. Usually, the article either has evolved using predominantly this variety or has strong ties to a particular transliteration system.

Talk page usage

To use this template on an article's editnotice, {{Korean transliteration notice/documentation|form=editnotice}} is placed (without |form=editnotice if the template name ends with "editnotice") on the editnotice template. This produces the following:

All users can create editnotices for their user and talk pages but only administrators and template editors can create or edit editnotices in other namespaces. Thus, to request this template be added to an article or other page in a restricted namespace, you can make your request at its [[Help talk pages|talk page]], using the template {{Edit template-protected}}.
