Traditions

  • During Homecoming week, the Senior men traditionally cross-dress and perform for the student body as the "Scrawnalanies" -- a spoof of the school's dance team the Analanies.
  • Aloha has traditionally been known for its instrumental music, marching band, and drama programs.
  • The pictures of all the student body presidents in Aloha's history can be found hanging on the walls outside of the administration office.
  • On the week before Thanksgiving, any student in a chemistry class is allowed to go see a demonstration put on by the chemistry teachers. This tradition is called "How to Cook Your Turkey Day."[citation needed]
