Government Post Graduate College For Girls Chishtian

This prestigious institution was established as Government Inter College For Girls on September 01,1982. It was upgraded as Degree College in 1995. Then it got its present status in 1999.

At present only M.A. English & Urdu are being offered here. Almost three thousand students are studying here in harsh environment: there are only 800 chairs available for the students in the college, there is no auditorium in the college, the boarding students are suffering more hardships as there is no official hostel available for them.
