Holy Redeemer High School will be a Roman Catholic high school of the Diocese of Scranton, located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, when it comes into existence on July 1, 2007.

In January 2007, Bishop Joseph Martino announced the formation of a central Catholic high school for Luzerne County. The school will be a consolidation of the four existing high schools: Bishop Hafey (Hazelton), Bishop Hoban (Wilkes-Barre), Bishop O'Reilly (Kingston), and Seton Catholic (Pittston), and will be located in the building that has housed Bishop Hoban since 1972.

In the spring of 2007, the name "Holy Redeemer" was chosen for the new school, as well as its mascot, the Royals. Its colors will be red, white, and gold.
