Sir John Lumsden is the founder and first Commissioner of St. John Ambulance Brigade of Ireland.


His full title was:
Sir John Lumsden K.B.E, Knight of Justice of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem.

He founded theSt. John Ambulance Brigade of Ireland in 1903 and remained Commissioner of the Brigade until 1944 when he died.
