Madeleine Bordallo (born May 31, 1933) is the Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives. She was born in Graceville, Minnesota, and attended St. Mary’s College, South Bend, Indiana and St. Katherine’s College, St. Paul, Minnesota. She was a member of the Guam Senate, unsuccessful candidate for Governor of Guam in 1990 and Lieutenant Governor of Guam from 1995 - 2002.

She was elected as a Democrat to the House, serving from January 3, 2003 to the present.
