The Academy is a Division I drum and bugle corps that competes in Drum Corps International. Founded in 2001, The Academy is based in Tempe, Arizona. The Academy competed at the Division II level through 2006, winning the Division II championship in that year. The corps is competing at the Division I level for the first time in 2007.
