Forest View High School was a public secondary school in southern Arlington Heights, Illinois, operational from 1963 until its closure due to declining enrollment in 1986. Forest View's mascot was the falcon. The falcon's name was 'Ferdie', hence Ferdie the Falcon.' The school colors were black and gold.

The facility currently hosts a number of administrative and alternative-education facilities for Township High School District 214.

A yearbook from the school was used as a prop in an episode of the television series The Bionic Woman. An alumnus was working on the set and they needed a high school yearbook at the last moment; this individual had one nearby.
