Angat is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 46,033 people in 9,483 households.

Point of Interest

Santa Monica de Angat Church
One of the most beautiful churches in the Philippines and also one of the oldest, estimated to be 400 years old. It displays a marvelous baroque architecture with its interior replicating the famous Sistine Chapel. Recently remodeled but preserving it's old architecture.
