The Ottawa Marriott Hotel is a hotel located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on the north-west corner of the intersection of Queen Street and Kent Street. Upon its construction in 1972 it was the tallest building in Ottawa but as of 2006 it is now the sixth tallest.
It has a restaurant called Merlot Rooftop Restaurant on the 28th floor, the highest floor in the building. The eating area, located near the windows, rotates at a rate of approximately one revolution per two hours. The restaurant is accessible to the public by a staircase on the 27th floor, there is an elevator that can take you up to the restaurant if you are handicap or an elderly guest. The restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. as well as Sunday Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
